What You'll Be Doing

• Performing residential home inspections across Nassau and Suffolk County
• Delivering clear, professional inspection reports to buyers and agents
• Building relationships with real estate agents in your territory
• Working on a schedule that fits your life — PT or FT

What We Offer

Requirements

• Active New York State Home Inspector License (required)
• Own transportation and inspection equipment
• Professional communication with buyers and agents
• Nassau or Suffolk County location preferred

Bonus: InterNACHI or ASHI certification, radon testing license, mold inspection cert, thermal imaging. More certs = more inspections = more income.
