Summit Inspection Services is expanding its commercial division across Nassau and Suffolk County — and we're looking for experienced inspectors who are ready to take on larger, higher-value work.

This isn't residential volume work. This is commercial property inspections with real contract size, real pay, and a real team behind you.

If you have your NY license and experience in commercial or multi-family properties, we want to talk.

What You'll Be Doing

• Commercial property inspections across Nassau and Suffolk County
• Multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties
• Detailed inspection reports for buyers, lenders, and developers
• Coordinating with our residential inspection team as needed

What We Offer

Requirements

• Active New York State Home Inspector License (required)
• Commercial or multi-family inspection experience preferred
• Own transportation and inspection equipment
• Nassau or Suffolk County area
